according to His purpose

Reports about people committing suicide are mostly filling the news nowadays. And what's more shocking is that most of them are teenagers. Questions like 'What are they thinking to take away their life just like that?' and 'What could have we done to help them?' is troubling me. I mean, does life make any sense?
The Bible says YES! Life does make sense and it is worth living.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

-Romans 8:28

All things work for the good...what beautiful and inspiring words. But there is a limitation of the promise - it is only for those who love God, who have been called according to Hid purpose.

So if you love God and you have been called according to His purpose, that is to have a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ and be like Christ, God has a plan for us and even evil and suffering are made to promote that plan. I'm not saying that God causes the evil and the suffering, but when it occurs, God works it out for our good. trust in Him.

Life is beautiful especially if you have Jesus Christ in your life. Get it on a main purpose for you today!
